They take minutes to make and taste fantastic. Ingredients, makes 2 parcels 2 cod fillets 2 tbsp creme fraiche 1 handful grated cheddar 2 tbsp breadcrumbs small handful chopped parsley Once defrosted, book at 180oc for 20 minutes on a baking tray opening the foil up at the top.
